I COULDN'T WRITE UNTIL NOW!

I see the last time that I wrote on this blog was way back in August. I couldn't write anything because looking at the picture of my little stray black cat "Me Me" was too painful for me. You see shortly after this picture was taken, she never came back home. Because she lived outside as most wild cats do, I believe a much larger wild animal got a hold of her. I don't want to even think about the rest of it. So today was the first day that I looked at her picture. I couldn't believe how easily I got attached to this little wild baby, but I did. I really loved her and felt so sorry for her. If I didn't have three dogs, I would have tried to domesticated her, but I couldn't even touch her yet. I miss her. Never again do I want to have another wild animal to take care of. I get too attached to them!

AREN'T I PRETTY?

Well my human felt it was necessary to take a picture of me to show everyone how pretty I am! She won't get any arguments from me! I still hiss at her when she comes too close, but more recently I've let out a couple of meows. I don't even know where that comes from. I've never meowed before!

THAT OLD BLACK MAGIC!

Well I hear it say that I'm a stray black cat with big green eyes. So I decided to "adopt" this ladies house because she's taking care of three German Shepherds all ready so I figure my little body shouldn't be too much for her to take care of as well. She's never owned a cat before. Well, we're no dogs in personality that's for sure. Although truth be told, we can never be "owned." If she thinks I will come when she calls, she has things to learn. I'm too busy playing in the field and catching mice or other small rodents that may cross my path. I'll eventually come.....but it's always in my own time. I never let her get too close to me, although I am better than I was a few weeks ago. I used to run from her, but now I remain on the porch when she puts my food down. Oh I hiss at her to let her know just because I'm on the porch doesn't mean you can touch me. She does feed me good food though...I never had fish or chicken before. Yummy!

YIPPEE!!!! I'VE PUBLISHED MY FIRST BOOK!

I can't believe it.......after all the writing that I've done, I've finally published my first book. Well actually, I've self published it on "Lulu." The name of the book is: "If there's no animals in Heaven, then I'm not going." It's a small book, but it has nine of my short stories about dogs in it's pages. So if you want to check it out, just go on to Lulu and put that title of the book in their search engine. It should pop up at the top of the screen. So I'm excited and now I'm going to have to put more of my stories together and produce my second book! Wish me luck! I've worked very hard for this.

LOOKS LIKE WE MIGHT HAVE A LOVE CONNECTION!

Well Vinnie if you are as good looking as your picture, I'll be anxiously awaiting to meet you. I hear your mother talk to my mother on the telephone all the time and all she does is brag about how great you are. I hope you're not vain......there's not enough room for the two of us!! So when you come for a visit, I'll allow you to play with my toys, but when I want them back, I'll just take them away from you. Do you have a problem with that? Oh yeah, I also have a sister named Jess and a mother named Amber that you'll meet when you come here. If I'm not interested in you, then maybe one of them will be.........although neither one of them is as good looking as I am!!

ME ME, OH MY MY!

Of all the houses that I could of chosen in the neighborhood, I chose this one. You see I'm a homeless little black cat with big green eyes. I'm a pretty little young thing but boy oh boy could I use a good brushing. Now this lady that owns this house has been putting food and water out for me for the last couple of weeks. I still have fun chasing and catching the stray mouse that might be foolish enough to cross my path. Like this morning....the lady of the house looked out the window just at the time that I was walking pass the deck with my latest catch! Oh well this lady has been kind to me, but if she thinks she's going to catch and domesticate me......Good Luck. For some reason, she's chosen to call me by the name of Me Me......probably a good choice as I am a cat after all and it is all about ME!

A PLACE FOR ANIMALS TO GREET AND MEET NEW FRIENDS!

The concept is quite simple. This is a place for all animals who are owned by one of THOSE “humans” and who are looking to meet other animals for friendship or love or who just may want a pen pal to correspond with. This is OUR place……no humans allowed! This is our social network. I mean THEY have their own networks like “Face book”, Twitter”, “Classmates” and so on. So what about us? How do we hook up with the animal kingdom? Twenty four hours a day I’m with humans……I need a break! This is cool! It is written from the animal’s point of view without the interference of the “human” kind (unless of course you need them to spell or word or two for you). So hey, all you animals out there, kick little Johnny off of the computer and put a paw or claw up on those keys and tell us what’s going on in your life today?

Bu: (pronounced “Boo”)- 3 year old German Shepherd looking for a playmate!

Hi….I was born on April 8, 2006. My owner tells me that this is a very good date to be born for a couple of reasons. The first reason is because it was her father’s birthday. Also she tells me that I’m a fire sign. Now I ask you, should this mean something to me? Anyway, I’m a female German Shepherd and the first born to my mother. I'm known as the alpha bitch among the three girls in this household. I also have my own blog at..... www.andthenthereisbu.blogspot.com, but that's written from my owner's point of view and it doesn't necessarily reflect mine! I’m looking for a friend who can take all my freshness and playfulness. I live to play and I just love strutting my pretty little body around the house after I’ve stolen someone else's toy. Are you up for the challenge? You mustn’t be a wimp and you mustn’t try to boss me around or steal my toys. If this sounds like you, give me a “woof, woof.”
